JNJ-7925476 Salt blocks the dopamine transporter (DAT), norepinephrine transporter (NET) and serotonin transporter (SERT) in the central nervous system. The ED(50) values for JNJ-7925476 occupancy of the DAT, NET and SERT in rat brain were 2.4, 0.09, 0.18 and mg/kg, respectively.
