Cord Blood, Cryopreserved, CD34+ Stem/Progenitor Cells, Positively Selected, CS10, Single, 1M

Cord blood from a single donor is used to positively select CD34+ cells using an immunomagnetic labeling system. Stem/Progenitor cells have the potential to self-renew and differentiate into all the mature blood cell lineages. The cells are cryopreserved with CS10 in a cryovial. Stem cell purity is determined post thaw using a FACS assay. Cell count and viability are determined using AO/PI. Cells are collected from healthy donors following IRB protocols.
