Leukopak, Fresh, Full Pak

Leukapheresis is performed using the Spectra Optia® Apheresis System. Mononuclear cell-rich blood is continuously collected using ACD-A as an anti-coagulant. Depending on the quantity the product is filled to deliver a nominal 145mL or 290mL and is shipped in a 150mL or 300mL transfer bag. TNC in our leukapheresis products are composed of on average 50% T cells 20% monocytes 10% B cells 7% NK cells and 3% granulocytes. Actual TNC concentration and cell type percentages vary from collection to collection.
