The lyophilized antigen affinity purified polyclonal antibody can be stored desiccated at -20°C to -70°C for twelve months from date of receipt. The reconstituted antibody can be stored for at least four weeks at 2-8°C. For long-term storage of the reconstituted antibody aseptically aliquot into working volumes and store at -20°C to -70°C in a manual defrost freezer. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles. No detectable loss of activity was observed after six months.

Long Description:
Fms-Like tyrosine kinase 3 (FLT3) is a member of the class III tyrosine kinase receptor family, normally expressed in hematopoietic, immune and neural systems.1 FLT3 is expressed in various lymphohematopoietic cells and tissues, including a series of immature cell lines and leukemias of lymphocytic origin.2 FLT3 is a promising target for the therapeutic intervention for acute leukemias, particularly acute myeloid leukemia (AML) which are severe and aggressive malignancy.1
