The lyophilized biotinylated antigen affinity purified polyclonal antibody can be stored desiccated at -20°C to -70°C for up to twelve months from date of receipt. The reconstituted bioin conjugate can be stored for at least four weeks at 2-8°C. For long-term storage of the reconstituted conjugate aseptically aliquot into working volumes and store at -20°C to -70°C in a manual defrost freezer. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles. No detectable loss of activity was observed after six months.

Long Description:
Granulocyte colony-stimulating factor receptor (G-CSF R or GCSFR) is a member of the well-characterized hematopoietin receptor superfamily1 involved in the control of neutrophil development.2 GCSFR is present on precursor cells in bone marrow and in response to stimulation by G-CSF, initiates proliferation and differentiation into mature granulocytes. A number of mutations or rare polymorphisms in the GCSF-R gene have been reported in various types of myeloid diseases, such as severe congenital neutropenia (SCN)3,4 and myelodysplasia (MDS)5
