Further Information

Applications:
ICC - 5-10 ug/mL
Background:
Nectins are Ca2+-independent immunoglobulin-like cell-cell-adhesion molecules. Nectins comprise a family of four members: nectin-1 (CD111/PRR-1), nectin-2 (CD112/PRR-2), nectin-3 (CD113/PRR-3), and nectin-4. Nectin-2 and -3 are ubiquitously expressed whereas nectin-1 is abundantly expressed in brain. Nectin-2 is a ligands for CD226 (DNAM-1) which is an adhesion molecule involved in NK and T cell-mediated cytotoxicity against certain tumors.
Concentration:
1 mg/ml
Formulation:
100 ug IgG in a 100 ul volume of PBS containing 50% glycerol, pH 7.2. Contains nopreservatives.

1 year
Source:
This antibody was purified from hybridoma (clone 502-57) supernatant using protein G agarose. This hybridoma was established by fusion of mouse myeloma cell P3U1 with Wister Rat B-lymphocyte immunized with the recombinant mouse Nectin-2 extra cellular region-Fc fusion protein (1-338 aa.).
Target:
Nectin 2
