Further Information

Applications:
ELISA - 1:1,000
Background:
Granulysin is an antimicrobial protein expressed on cytotoxic T cells, natural killer (NK) cells and NKT cells. It has been shown that Granulysin contributes to the defence mechanisms against variety of mycobacterial infection and tumors. Granulysin has two molecular forms, 15 kDa precursor and 9 kDa effector form. There serum levels were significantly elevated during the acute viral infections and correlated with the NK cell and CTL activities in patients with sever immunodeficiency, indicate that serum Granulysin could be useful novel marker to evaluate the overall status of host cell immunity.
Concentration:
100 ug/ml
Conjugate:
Biotin
Formulation:
10 ug IgG in 100 ul volume of PBS containing 1% BSA and 0.1% ProClin150.*Azide may react with copper or lead in plumbing system to form explosive metal azides. Therefore, always flush plenty of water when disposing materials containing azide into drain.

Human: 10578
Immunogen Translated:
Human full-length expression plasmid Guranyuraishin
Reactivity:
This antibody is available for Granulysin ELISA.
Shelf Life:
1 year
Source:
This antibody was purified from hybridoma (clone RC8) supernatant using protein A agarose. This hybridoma was established by fusion of mouse myeloma cell Sp2/0-Ag8 with Balb/c mouse splenocyte immunized with the full-length human Granulysin expression plasmid.
Target:
Granulysin
