CoralHue® Dronpa-Green 1 (DG1) is a monomeric green fluorescent protein that is photochromic: its fluorescence can be reversibly turned "on" or "off" on demand by exposure to different wavelengths of light. CoralHue® DG1 bleaches immediately following strong excitation at -500 nm. Bleached CoralHue® DG1 completely regains its bright green fluorescence after irradiation at -400 nm. This unique property of CoralHue® DG1 is useful for repeated measurement of the mobility dynamics (e.g. diffusion, transport, etc.) of fluorescently labeled molecules in living cells.

This antibody was purified from hybridoma (clone 2F6) supernatant using protein A agarose. This hybridoma was established by fusion of mouse myeloma cell P3U1 with C3H mouse lymphocyte immunized with the recombinant CoralHue® Dronpa-Green 1.
