Background:
Expression vectors containing a protein and a tag protein are commonly used. Red Fluorescent Protein (RFP)-Tag fusion protein expression system is preferably used in various laboratories, because its easy monitoring of fusion proteins. This specific antibody for RFP-Tag is useful tool for monitoring of the fusion protein expression.

100 ul volume of PBS containing 50% glycerol, pH 7.2. Contains no preservatives.
Immunogen Translated:
RFP
Reactivity:
This antibody reacts with RFP-tagged fusion proteins on Western blotting and Immunocytochemistry. It reacts with DsRed, mRFP1, mCherry, mOrange, mPlum, tdTomato and mStrawberry*.
*It is reported in the reference number 1) and 3).
