Further Information

Application Details:
Western blot: 0.5-1ug/ml,Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 2-5ug/ml,Immunofluorescence: 5ug/ml,Direct ELISA: 0.1-0.5ug/ml
Application Note:
Optimal dilution of the SAE1 antibody should be determined by the researcher.
Buffer:
Lyophilized from 1X PBS with 2% Trehalose
Description:
SUMO-activating enzyme subunit 1 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the SAE1 gene. Posttranslational modification of proteins by the addition of the small protein SUMO, or sumoylation, regulates protein structure and intracellular localization. SAE1 and UBA2 form a heterodimer that functions as a SUMO-activating enzyme for the sumoylation of proteins.
Format:
Antigen affinity purified
Formulation:
0.5mg/ml if reconstituted with 0.2ml sterile DI water
Immunogen:
E. coli-derived recombinant human protein (amino acids R33-M299) was used as the immunogen for the SAE1 antibody.
Limitation:
This SAE1 antibody is available for research use only.
Localization:
Nuclear, cytoplasmic
