Enables anion:anion antiporter activity; short-chain fatty acid transmembrane transporter activity; and sodium-independent organic anion transmembrane transporter activity. Involved in hormone transport; short-chain fatty acid import; and sodium-independent organic anion transport. Located in basolateral plasma membrane.
