Further Information
Application Details:
Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 1-2ug/ml for 30 min at RT
Description:
Beta-catenin associates with the cytoplasmic portion of E-cadherin, which is necessary for the function of E-cadherin as an adhesion molecule. In normal tissues, beta-catenin is localized to the membrane of epithelial cells, consistent with its role in the cell adhesion complex.
Format:
Purified
Formulation:
0.2 mg/ml in 1X PBS with 0.1 mg/ml BSA (US sourced), 0.05% sodium azide
Immunogen:
A recombinant partial protein sequence (within amino acids 1-200) from the human protein was used as the immunogen for the CTNNB1 antibody.
Limitation:
This CTNNB1 antibody is available for research use only.

Cell surface, Cytoplasm
