Further Information

Application Details:
Western blot: 0.5-1ug/ml, Flow cytometry: 1-3ug/million cells, Direct ELISA: 0.1-0.5ug/ml
Application Note:
Optimal dilution of the CD83 antibody should be determined by the researcher.
Buffer:
Lyophilized from 1X PBS with 2% Trehalose
Description:
CD83 (Cluster of Differentiation 83) is a human protein encoded by the CD83 gene. The protein encoded by this gene is a single-pass type I membrane protein and member of the immunoglobulin superfamily of receptors. The encoded protein may be involved in the regulation of antigen presentation. A soluble form of this protein can bind to dendritic cells and inhibit their maturation. Three transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
Format:
Antigen affinity purified
Formulation:
0.5mg/ml if reconstituted with 0.2ml sterile DI water
Immunogen:
Recombinant human protein (amino acids T20-E144) was used as the immunogen for the CD83 antibody.
Limitation:
This CD83 antibody is available for research use only.
Purity:
Antigen affinity purified
