Western blot: 0.5-1ug/ml,Immunofluorescence: 5ug/ml,Direct ELISA: 0.1-0.5ug/ml
Application Note:
Optimal dilution of the EAP2 antibody should be determined by the researcher.
Buffer:
Lyophilized from 1X PBS with 2% Trehalose
Description:
This gene encodes a member of a superfamily of divalent cation-dependent phosphodiesterases. The encoded protein associates with CD40, tumor necrosis factor (TNF) receptor-75 and TNF receptor associated factors (TRAFs), and inhibits nuclear factor-kappa-B activation. This protein has sequence and structural similarities with APE1 endonuclease, which is involved in both DNA repair and the activation of transcription factors.
Format:
Antigen affinity purified
Formulation:
0.5mg/ml if reconstituted with 0.2ml sterile DI water
Immunogen:
E. coli-derived recombinant human protein (amino acids R25-R332) was used as the immunogen for the EAP2 antibody.
Limitation:
This EAP2 antibody is available for research use only.
Localization:
Nuclear, cytoplasmic
Purity:
Antigen affinity purified
