N6F11 is a novel and selective inducer of iron death by binding to TRIM25 in cancer cells thereby inducing GPX4 degradation, which has no effect on normal immune cells. In a mouse model of pancreatic cancer, N6F11 demonstrated significant anti-tumor activity.
