LSD1-IN-15 (compound 1b) is a potent LSD1 inhibitor that inhibit LSD1-CoREST, MAO-A and MAO-B with IC 50 values of 0.149, 0.028, and 0.327 uM, respectively. LSD1-IN-15 shows cell growth arrest in LNCaP cells of prostate cancer. The IC50 value is 9.9 uM [1].
