Bioactivity:
RAD51-IN-8, a new RAD51 binder, is a RAD51-BRCA2 inhibitor that inhibits the RAD51 BRCA2 protein protein interaction in the micromolar range. RAD51-IN-8 also is a protein protein interaction (PPI) inhibitor. RAD51-IN-8 has inhibitory activity for H4A4 with an EC 50 value of 19 uM [1].
