B-Raf IN 9 (compound 8b) is an effective B-Raf inhibitor (IC50=24.79 nM). B-Raf IN 9 blocks cell cycle at G2/M phase and induces apoptosis. B-Raf IN 9 showed potent anti-tumor activity on human prostate cancer PC-3 cells (IC50=7.83 uM).
