AChE-IN-7 (Compound 16) is a selective and effective acetylcholinesterase inhibitor with IC50 of 0.045 uM and 19.68 u M for eeAChE and eeBuChE, respectively. AChE-IN-7 has high permeability of blood-brain barrier. AChE-IN-7 is safe in vivo and in vitro, and exhibits good overall pharmacokinetics and high bioavailability (F=55.5%).
