SKLB0565 is an effective inhibitor of tubulin. SKLB0565 significantly inhibited the proliferation of colorectal cancer cells with IC50 of 0.012 - 0.081 u M. SKLB0565 induces G2/M phase arrest and mitochondria-mediated endogenous apoptosis. SKLB0565 destroys the microtubule formation of HUVECs cells and inhibits cell migration.
