Antiproliferative agent-6 inhibits cancer cell lines HCT116, MCF-7, H460 and non-tumor aneuploid immortal keratinocyte HaCaT cells with GI 50 s of 0.5 uM, 2 uM, 0.7 uM and 3.5 uM, respectively.
