Bioactivity:
AMPK-IN-3 is a potent and selective AMPK inhibitor that acts on AMPK (α2) (IC50: 60.7 nM), AMPK (α1) (IC50: 107 nM) and KDR (IC50: 3820 nM). AMPK-IN-3 inhibits AMPK without affecting cell viability and has no apparent K562 cell toxicity. AMPK-IN-3 can be used in cancer research.
