NBTIs-IN-5 (Compound 5r) is an NBTI (novel bacterial topoisomerase inhibitor) DNA gyrase inhibitor that acts on Mycobacterium abscessus (Mabs) DNA procyclase (IC50: 1.5 uM). NBTIs-IN-5 showed inhibitory effects on the growth of Mabsbamboo bacteria (MIC90: 0.4 uM).
