Emprumapimod is a selective, orally active inhibitor of p38α MAPK. emprumapimod acts on RPMI-8226 cells and directly inhibits LPS-induced IL-6 production with an IC50 value of 100 pM. emprumapimod can be used to study dilated cardiomyopathy and acute inflammatory pain.
