Bioactivity:
EGFR-IN-39, an acrylamide derivative, is a potent inhibitor of EGFR. EGFR-IN-39 is an antitumor agent with low toxicity and side effects. Among them, the overexpression and mutation of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) have been clearly confirmed to cause uncontrollable cell growth, and are related to the progression of most cancer diseases, especially NSCLC. EGFR-IN-33 has the potential to study EGFR mutation-related diseases (see patent WO2021185348A1, compound 2 for details).
