ERCC1-XPF-IN-1 is a potent, high-affinity inhibitor of ERCC1-XPF (IC50: 0.49 uM). ERCC1-XPF-IN-1 inhibits the removal of CPDs, reduces the toxicity of cyclophosphamide to colorectal cancer cells, enhances the cytotoxic effects of UV radiation, and impedes DNA repair.
