RORγt agonist 3 induces Th17 cell differentiation, increases levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines and thus increases lymphocyte cytotoxicity. rorγt agonist 3 blocks the production of regulatory T cells and suppresses the immune response (information from patent WO2021136326A1, compound 23).
