CYP3A4-IN-3 is a specific, highly affinity cytochrome P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) (cytochrome P450 3A4 (CYP3A4)) inhibitor (IC50: 0.075 uM). CYP3A4-IN-3 is an analogue of ritonavir with a simpler structure and twice as much inhibition as ritonavir. CYP3A4-IN-3 can be used as an antiviral agent and immunosuppressant.
