TAK1 inhibitor is an inhibitor, which can inhibit MCF-7, A549, DU-145 and MDA MB-231, with IC50 of 0.021, 0.14, 0.064 and 0.19, respectively. TAK1 inhibitor showed good antibacterial activity with microphones ranging from 93.7 to 46.9ug/mL and from 7.8 to 5.8ug/mL.
