Ifabotuzumab induces tumor cell apoptosis , activates Antibody-dependent cell mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC), and damages tumor vasculature. Ifabotuzumab reduces human idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) CCR10 + cells and improves pulmonary fibrosis [1] [2] .
