RXFP3/4 agonist 2 is an effective non-peptide double agonist of RXFP3/4 , with EC50 of 3.1 and 2.7 nM for RXFP3 and RXFP4, respectively. RXFP3/4 agonist 2 can also effectively promote interactions between RXFP3 and β-arrestin-2 with EC50 of 10-22 nM.
