LDC4297 hydrochloride shows broad antiviral activities to Herpesviridae , Adenoviridae , Poxviridae , Retroviridae and Orthomyxoviridae with EC 50 values of 0.02-1.21 uM. LDC4297 hydrochloride can be used for the research of infection .
