VP-4604 is a potent anti-methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) compound. VP-4604 exhibited significant microbial growth inhibition against S. aureus with an MIC of 4-8 ug/mL. VP-4604 inhibited the growth of methicillin-resistant S. aureus with a growth inhibition rate of over 95%.
