This antibody was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using antigens coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Rabbit Serum, Mouse Serum and Mouse IgG.

Rabbit anti-mouse IgG recognizes mouse IgG gamma 2b heavy chain. This secondary antibody was purified using antigen affinity chromatography.

The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.
