Product Description:

Rabbit anti-rat IgG recognizes rat IgM mu heavy chain. This secondary antibody was purified using antigen affinity chromatography.

Recommend Dilutions:

The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.

Specificity:

No reaction was observed against other rat or human heavy or light chain proteins. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 0.4% cross reactivity against rat IgG and rat IgA.

Storage Buffer:

In 20 mM KH₂PO₄, 150 mM NaCl, pH 7.2 (0.01% sodium azide)
