Product Description:
Goat anti-human IgG recognizes human IgM mu heavy chain. This secondary antibody was purified using antigen affinity chromatography.
Recommend Dilutions:
The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.
Specificity:
No reaction was observed against human IgG or human IgA. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1% cross reactivity against other human heavy or light chain isotypes.
