Recommend Dilutions:
Flow Cytometry (20 ul in human blood cells 100 ul in whole blood or 106 cells in a suspension)
The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.
Specificity:
This antibody recognizes the CD3 antigen of the TCR/CD3 complex on mature human T cells. The antibody reacts with the epsilon chain of the CD3 complex.
Storage Buffer:
In PBS (0.2% BSA, 0.09% sodium azide)
