Specificity:
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-sheep serum and cyanine conjugated IgG. Reactivity was observed against Cy2, Cy3 and Cy5. Reactivity against other cyanine analogs is unknown.

In 20 mM potassium phosphate buffer, 150 mM NaCl, pH 7.2 (0.01% sodium azide).
