Product Description:
Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Escherichia coli O and K antigens.
Recommend Dilutions:
The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.
Specificity:
Many "O" and "K" antigenic serotypes of Escherichia coli. Antiserum is not absorbed and does react with related Enterobacteriaceae. Will remove E. coli proteins from recombinant preparations.
Storage Buffer:
In PBS (10 mg/mL BSA, 0.002% thimerosal)
