Specificity:
This antibody reacts with human. No other species have been tested. The immunogen used for this antibody production has 100% homology with mouse and rat PDK1 protein. This is specific to PDK1. By Western blot a band is seen at ~49 KDa, representing PDK1 protein. There are also two higher and one lower non-specific molecular weight bands.
