Further Information

Antigen Target Species:
Human
Form:
Liquid
Gene Alias:
KIAA0652
Gene Description:
ATG13 autophagy related 13 homolog (S. cerevisiae)
Gene ID:
9776
Gene Name:
ATG13
Immunogen:
Synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to residues surrounding S318 of human ATG13.
Note:
This product contains sodium azide: a POISONOUS AND HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCE which should be handled by trained staff only.
Product Description:
Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against synthetic phosphopeptide of ATG13.
Recommend Dilutions:
ELISA (1:25000-1:175000)
Western Blot (1:1000)
The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.
Specificity:
The product was affinity purified from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity purification. Antiserum was first purified against the phosphorylated form of the immunizing peptide. The resultant affinity purified antibody was then cross adsorbed against the non-phosphorylated form of the immunizing peptide. Reactivity occurs against human ATG13 pS318 protein and the antibody is specific for the phosphorylated form of the protein. Reactivity with non-phosphorylated human ATG13 is minimal by ELISA and western blot. A BLAST analysis was used to suggest cross reactivity with ATG13 from human based on 100% sequence homology with the immunogen. Reactivity against homologues from other sources is not known.
Storage Buffer:
In 20 mM KH2PO4, 150 mM NaCl, pH 7.2 (0.01% sodium azide)
