TST, MGC19578, RDS
Application Note:
TST antibody can be used for detection of TST by ELISA at 1:312500. TST antibody can be used for detection of TST by western blot at 1.0 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
TST is a mitochondrial matrix enzyme that is encoded by the nucleus. It may play roles in cyanide detoxification, the formation of iron-sulfur proteins, and the modification of sulfur-containing enzymes. The product contains two highly conservative domains (rhodanese homology domains), suggesting these domains have a common evolutionary origin. The product of this gene is a mitochondrial matrix enzyme that is encoded by the nucleus.
