LRRC24 antibody can be used for detection of LRRC24 by ELISA at 1:62500. LRRC24 antibody can be used for detection of LRRC24 by western blot at 1 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
LRRC24 contains 1 Ig-like C2-type (immunoglobulin-like) domain and 7 LRR (leucine-rich) repeats. It is a single-pass membrane protein. The function of the LRRC24 protein remains unknown.
