ERMAP antibody can be used for detection of ERMAP by ELISA at 1:312500. ERMAP antibody can be used for detection of ERMAP by western blot at 1 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
ERMAP is a cell surface transmembrane protein that may act as an erythroid cell receptor, possibly as a mediator of cell adhesion. Polymorphisms in the gene encoding ERMAP protein are responsible for the Scianna/Radin blood group system.
