SRP54 antibody can be used for detection of SRP54 by ELISA at 1:312500. SRP54 antibody can be used for detection of SRP54 by western blot at 1 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
SRP54 belongs to the GTP-binding SRP family. It binds to the signal sequence of presecretory protein when they emerge from the ribosomes and transfers them to TRAM (translocating chain-associating membrane protein).
