SRPR antibody can be used for detection of SRPR by ELISA at 1:62500. SRPR antibody can be used for detection of SRPR by western blot at 1 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.

SRPR belongs to the GTP-binding SRP family. It is in conjunction with SRP, the correct targeting of the nascent secretory proteins to the endoplasmic reticulum membrane system.
