NKIRAS2, DKFZP434N1526, KBRAS2, MGC74742, kappaB-Ras2
Application Note:
NKIRAS2 antibody can be used for detection of NKIRAS2 by ELISA at 1:62500. NKIRAS2 antibody can be used for detection of NKIRAS2 by western blot at 1 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
NPAL2 is a multi-pass membrane protein and it belongs to the NIPA family. The exact function of NPAL2 remains unknown.Western blots using two different antibodies against two unique regions of this protein target confirm the same apparent molecular weight in our tests.
