SPON1 antibody can be used for the detection of SPON1 by Western blot, may also work for IHC and ICC.
Background:
Spondin 1, (f-spondin) extracellular matrix protein; VSGP/F-spondin. This protein promotes the attachment of spinal cord and sensory neuron cells and the outgrowth of neurites in vitro. It may contribute to the growth and guidance of axons in both the spinal cord and the PNS. The protein is expressed at high levels in the floor plate.
