Application Note:
LPPR2 antibody can be used for detection of LPPR2 by ELISA at 1:12500. LPPR2 antibody can be used for detection of LPPR2 by western blot at 0.5 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.

LPPR2 is a multi-pass membrane protein and belongs to the PA-phosphatase related phosphoesterase family. LPPR2 shows dynamic expression regulation during brain development and neuronal excitation.
