Background:
TBC1D10B, which belongs to the TBC1 domain family, member 10B, was experimentally validated as a Hela cell nuclei protein, currently with unknown function . TBC/rabGAP domain-containing microvillar protein binds to first PDZ domains of EBP50 and E3KARP and EBP50-PDZ and may be potentially involved in regulating membrane traffic.
